Meta Ads Calculator Terms of Use

1. About these terms

By using the Meta Ads Calculator, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the calculator.

The calculator is provided by Orkide Holdings Pty Ltd trading as Skape Brand Haus (ABN [to be added]), referred to in these terms as "we", "us" and "our". "You" means any person who uses the calculator.

These terms apply to the calculator only. Your use of the rest of our website is covered by our website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. General information only

The calculator provides general information to help you think about Meta advertising. It does not take your personal, business or financial circumstances into account.

Nothing in the calculator is financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting or business advice. Before you make a decision about your advertising budget, pricing or business, you should consider whether the information suits your situation and seek advice from a qualified professional where appropriate.

3. Estimates, not guarantees

Every result the calculator shows is an estimate. It is worked out only from the numbers you enter, using standard industry formulas.

Real advertising results depend on many things the calculator cannot measure, including your creative, offer, pricing, website, audience, competition, season, platform changes and how your campaigns are set up and managed. Results can and do differ from the estimates.

We do not promise or guarantee any revenue, sales, leads, return on ad spend, cost per result, profit or other outcome. Projections over 1, 3, 6 or 12 months are models based on the assumptions you choose, and they are not forecasts or predictions of what your business will achieve.

4. Benchmarks and example numbers

The benchmarks and example figures in the calculator are general industry ranges for Australia, gathered from industry reports and our own experience as at 2026. They are a starting point only and may not reflect your category, your account or current market conditions.

We do not guarantee that any benchmark is accurate, complete or current. Wherever you can, use the data from your own Meta Ads Manager, Shopify or sales records.

5. Your information

The numbers you enter are saved in your own web browser so they are there when you return. They are not sent to us, and we do not collect, see or store them. You can clear them at any time with the reset option in the calculator or by clearing your browser data.

If you contact us or book a consult through the calculator, any details you give us are handled under our Privacy Policy. The website and the service that hosts the calculator may collect standard technical information, such as your browser type and IP address, as described in their own privacy policies.

6. Our intellectual property

The calculator's design, layout, code, written content and branding are owned by us or licensed to us. The calculation formulas themselves are standard industry methods, and we do not claim ownership of them.

You may use the calculator and share its results for your own business. You may not copy, reproduce, rebuild, resell, license or distribute the calculator or its design, in whole or in part, or present it as your own, without our written permission.

7. Using the calculator properly

When you use the calculator, you agree not to:

• interfere with, overload or attempt to break the calculator or the systems it runs on

• copy, scrape or extract its code or content by automated means

• use it for any unlawful purpose

• use it to mislead anyone, including by presenting its estimates as guaranteed results

We may change, pause or remove the calculator at any time without notice.

8. Meta and other platforms

Meta, Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Shopify and other platform names mentioned in the calculator belong to their owners.

The calculator is an independent tool. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Meta or any other platform. Platforms change their pricing, rules and features often, and those changes can affect real results.

9. Our liability

The calculator is free and is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it is accurate, complete, error free or available at all times.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the calculator or your reliance on its results. This includes lost revenue, lost profit, wasted advertising spend and any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again.

10. Booking a consult or working with us

Using the calculator does not create a client relationship with us. If you book a one on one consult or engage us for any service, that work is covered by the terms you accept at booking and by our Client Services Agreement, which apply in addition to these terms.

Any advice we give you in a paid consult or engagement is given under those terms, not these.

11. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms at any time by publishing a new version on this page. The version on this page when you use the calculator is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
